One of the standout features of the Toucan Boots is the unique buckle design, inspired by Alpinestars®' dirt boots, which effectively sheds dirt and mud while maintaining a low profile. The high modulus shin guard, equipped with an innovative vertical flex blade system, offers improved control and excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Protection is paramount in the design of the Toucan Boots. The ankle protector is meticulously shaped around the ankle bone, optimizing both protection and comfort. The coated leather panel on the outer surface of the toe box provides excellent abrasion and weather resistance, while the internal toe box and heel counter are built-in for robust protection. The advanced sole construction, which is fully perimeter-stitched and replaceable, includes a structured midsole and rigid insole with an integrated steel shank, offering excellent support and safety.

Constructed from PU-coated leather, the upper boot surface features heat-pressed texture on the medial panel for superior grip. The wide entry aperture, along with a secure upper TPR and hook loop closure flap, allows for broad calf fit adjustment and support, making these boots adaptable to be worn under or over riding pants and denims. The medial surface, stamped with a calf suede panel, enhances grip and protection, while the contoured medial side structures offer a perfect fit with reinforced polymer and rubber sculpturing for added impact protection.

The closure system includes two polymer buckles with aluminum frames and a quick-release, self-aligning mechanism for a customized and secure fit. Additionally, the heel is encased in a molded external protector for enhanced impact dissipation. The advanced TPU protection layer covers the internal heel counter and toe box, boosting support and rigidity in key impact areas.
