Constructed from 18mm diameter mild steel tubing. Electrophoretic coated for corrosion resistance, with black powder coated finish for durability. Triumph branded latch mechanism. Required for fitment of Expedition Aluminium Panniers.

Triumph use the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to check compatibility of a part or accessory with a bike. Specifically, it is the last 6 of the VIN that are of interest. The VIN can be found in a number of places, but usually you'll be able to it on a plate attached to the bike, stamped on to the frame or in the documentation that came with your bike.

It may be the case that a part or accessory may only be compatible with bikes up to a VIN number (> 123456), with a particular VIN range (123456 > 987654) or from a VIN number (123456 >)
